Interested in a career in construction? We co-host a monthly info session organized through the Northeast Center for Tradeswomen Equity (NCTE) for women on how to start a great union career in the building trades. The event occurs monthly in person and on zoom the 3rd Wednesday of each month and consists of a short presentation followed by a panel of working tradeswomen.

Union apprenticeships are all different, depending on the trade you choose, but consist of 2-5 years of on the job training, mentorship, scaled pay increases, and starting wages of $18-$24/hr.
